Fmoc-L-threoninol p-carboxybenzacetal is used as an important linker reagent for the Solid Phase, applied in the synthesis of miscellaneous compounds, Peptides, usually in a new way to produce a recent Somatostatin analog used for the visualization and treatment of tumors. The traditional synthesis process of this analog was complex. Introducing Fmoc-L-threoninol p-carboxybenzacetal into the synthesis procedure will provide a strategy for the rapid and efficient large-scale synthesis.
