Propargyl-PEGn-amine is a series of PEG Linkers containing the number 1 to 12 polyethylene glycols(n=1,2,……12) and one end is Propargyl base and another is Amine. The Propargyl end of this series of PEG linkers could be reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde), etc, and the Amine end can react with acids, succinimidyl-active esters (NHS ester) or pentafluorophenyl (PFP) esters for labeling, chemical modification, surface or particle modifications. The propargyl group can participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry reaction to form a stable triazole linkage. Reagent grade, for research purposes.
