Known Application
Fmoc-Val-Ala-PAB-OH is a Fmoc-protected dipeptide, containing a Valine(Val), an Alanine(Ala). The Val-Ala was designed to be cleaved specifically by Cathepsin B. So Fmoc-Val-Ala-PAB-OH is used as a cleavable ADC linker to connect ADC payload and carrier.
Fmoc-Val-Ala-PAB-OH is also used as materials to synthesize longer-chain peptides.
